Generation

The credits for the failed work are refunded automatically — check Settings › Credits › Activity to see the refund. Click Try again on the project. If a single scene failed, open it in the editor and use Regenerate with AI on that scene. If it keeps failing, simplify the prompt or topic (very graphic or copyrighted requests can be refused by the AI models) and contact support.
Long videos (10–20 minutes) and Full AI video take longer than short image videos. You can close the tab — generation keeps running and you’ll be notified. If a short video is still generating after 30 minutes, contact support with the project name.
Each AI tool runs up to 5 generations at once. Wait for one to finish, then start the next.
The creator shows the estimated cost before you start. Buy a credit pack, upgrade, or lower the cost — shorter duration, Images first instead of full video, or a lower image quality.
Editing a scene’s text doesn’t re-record its audio automatically. Open the scene and click regenerate on its voice (1 credit). Crealix flags scenes whose text or voice changed since they were recorded.
Create the character in Characters with a clear reference image and select it in the creator form. For animated scenes, use image-to-video from a scene that already shows the character.

Rendering & download

Browser renders use your computer. Use a recent Chrome or Edge, keep the tab in the foreground, close heavy apps and don’t let the computer sleep. If it fails, try again — or use cloud render, which is faster and keeps running if you close the tab.
Rendering, downloading and publishing need an active paid plan. If your plan is active and you still see this, check Settings › Billing Information for a failed payment.
The Crealix watermark is removed only with an active subscription — credit packs don’t remove it. Videos rendered before you subscribed keep it; render them again.

Publishing

The account may have been disconnected or its permission expired. Go to Social accounts, disconnect and connect it again, then use Retry or Republish.
YouTube only accepts custom thumbnails from verified channels. Verify yours at youtube.com/verify.
Publishing to Instagram requires a Business or Creator account. Switch your account type in the Instagram app, then connect it again.
TikTok requires you to choose who can view each post. Pick it in the publish panel — or, for Autopilot, in the series destinations.

Uploads & storage

Check the format and size: MP4, MOV or WebM for video; JPG, PNG or WebP for images; MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A for audio. Each tool shows its own limit (for example gameplay uploads are up to 4 minutes and 200 MB; custom music up to 20 MB).
Open Media and click Free up space, or upgrade for more storage.

Autopilot

Open the series. Common causes: a disconnected account, missing TikTok privacy answers, not enough credits for the next episode, or an episode waiting for your approval past its deadline. Fix the cause, then Retry or Put back in queue.
That’s by design — missed slots aren’t backfilled. The series continues from the next slot. Use Produce now if you want an episode right away.

AI agents (MCP)

Make sure the connector or app is enabled in your assistant and that you completed the Crealix sign-in. Remove and add it again if needed. See Connect.
